September Greetings

/, News/September Greetings

Hello! I hope this newsletter finds you well and achieving your personal and professional goals.

Hopefully, you’ve read the notification we sent, informing you that the InReach team will be moving to a new office in Austin within the next few months. The new office is going through renovation right now, and when it’s finally complete, I’m confident it will be even cooler than it appears on the schematics and elevations.

That said, there has been an abundance of time and energy spent to design the new office and to prepare the move. Given the complexity of this initiative, a strategy was required to properly execute this endeavor. As with all strategies, we needed to define our commitments, first; our directions, second; our velocities, third; and focuses, forth.

It occurred to me that a strategy to move to a new location shares the same fundamental principles as a strategy to achieve a business goal. For instance, a fundamental strategy which pervades our thoughts and actions here at InReach is to provide you with the software and services you require to achieve your business goals. We make commitments to help you. Our commitments enable us to set the directions of our thoughts and actions. Once we define our directions, we can determine the velocity with which we must act. Finally, establishing the speed with which we must act enables us to determine what we must focus upon – to help you. I sincerely hope that our commitments, directions, velocities and focuses ultimately help you to achieve your goals.

Once again, thank you very much for your partnership. As always, please reach out to us with any comments or questions. I can be reached directly at nashizawa@inreachce.com or (512) 904-1829.

And, if you’re ever in Austin, please drop by and check out our new office!

Until next time, every good wish.
