If you are asking to be forgotten, it is important to note you will no longer be able to complete any pending continuing education content and obtain certificates of completion for all of your courses listed on the ‘My Products’ page of your account. We recommend you double check your list of courses to confirm there will be no conflicts and that you have a record of your completed continuing education prior to submitting this form. Also, if you have registered for any future in-person events through InReach, removing your data prior to the event date may interfere with your ability to attend and/or obtain a certificate of completion.
