As we reflect on this past year, we here at InReach could not be prouder. Who are we proud of, you may be asking yourself? We are proud of you!
2020 was not the easiest year, to say the least! You faced previously unconsidered work-related challenges, from keeping your team connected, to conducting endless meetings on-line and learning to work without benefit of a printer. Many of you serving as bread winner, family peacekeeper, and schoolteacher all at once! It is likely you now have a fancy pair of noise cancelling headphones, and maybe even some ear plugs?
Yet despite these monumental challenges you continued to deliver consistent top-notch CE for your learners. You explored new delivery options and became creative with coordinating your content. Many of you turned to your industry colleagues, sharing Webinars and On Demands through the Sharing Network to fulfill your needs as you accustomed your in person presenters to the world of video conferencing. Amongst personal and professional struggles, continuing education never once became an afterthought, and for that, we tip our hats to you! As a new decade dawns, chronologically, technically, and emotionally, we just wanted to let you know, you rock!
At InReach we know our relationship is truly a partnership. Our personal relationships with you both kept us going and pushing forward for new ways to meet your needs in 2020. As we move forward in 2021, we will continue to be optimistic, creative, and flexible for you. This year we will be launching GoToTraining, expanding our video conference options beyond the GoTo Suite, introducing you to our Virtual Conference Center, and rolling out the fresh face of our mobile-first, fully responsive catalog.
