To say that I love all our InReach clients would certainly fit in with a Valentine’s Day theme (seeing as it is February), but I’m not a huge fan of tropes or clichés, so I’m going to do my best to avoid going that route. What I will say is I have a deep appreciation for the partnerships I’ve developed with our clients over the years. Some of those partnerships have been made stronger by overcoming adversity in solving complex problems, coming together to collaborate on strategies, and the occasional dinner.  Oh wait…. that sounds kind of like love doesn’t it?

So enough with the love because I said I didn’t want to go there, but I do want to say one more thing in that vein. We attended the ACLEA Conference recently (Association for Continuing Legal Education, for the uninitiated), and boy did we feel the love. We had the opportunity to sit down, face to face, with many of our clients to discuss how the partnership has been going, and how we can continue to be successful in those partnerships in the future. It’s those types of meetings that I most look forward to every year because I hear how much our clients appreciate the hard work our teams at InReach put into our products and services, and I get some great challenges to bring back to the office for our teams to work on, guiding our future.

Finally, and I promise this is the last time I’ll mention love, because I want to move on to other topics, I must say I love the Client Success Management team (I like the other departments) at InReach. It has been my privilege for the last two and a half years to lead the team, and a lot has changed since I was asked to take over leadership. It’s my sincere hope that you are pleased with the services your Client Success Managers provide, and I know by your direct feedback that many, many of you are pleased. We will never stop evaluating the services we provide, so we can continue to improve your success. So, if there is ever anything you’d like to see us improve upon, please feel free to reach out to me personally at

This concludes my love letter to our great InReach partners and the fantastic team with whom I work.  I know, I know, I said this wasn’t going to be love-themed, but I couldn’t help it. My next blog will be in August and August 3rd is International Beer Day so look forward to my beer-themed post on pairing your continuing education programs with various styles of IPAs.
