My previous letter to you introduced a theme – upholding and increasing your marketplace identity to your members and learners. InReach recognizes that we find ourselves executing our businesses in the most hotly-contested, global-marketplace in human history; where competition is fierce. Our philosophy is to provide to you the most superior products and services the industry has to offer, so that you can uphold and increase your identity to your learners. This will help you to compete as effectively as possible in the eLearning marketplace. Your learners’ shopping, purchasing, and overall experience should match the superior quality of the educational content you provide. Which is why, InReach continues to raise the standards for eLearning experience.

Single Sign-On (SSO) capabilities in your catalog are a very effective way to uphold your marketplace identity. SSO enables your learners to login into your catalog using their membership credentials, effectively creating a “single” login, or sign-on experience. Given today’s website standards, the SSO experience is something your learners will eventually come to expect.  I encourage each of you to contact your Client Success Manager (CSM) to learn more about the SSO experience, which your learners will value and appreciate.
